About TRIHCI EMS-

TRIHCI’s Emergency Medical Services provides Advance Life Support (ALS) coverage on the Tule Indian Reservation, 24 hours a day. We take pride in providing high-quality compassionate care to the members of the Tule River community and its guest. Our skilled Paramedics and EMT’s are equipped with the latest technology and equipment, in order to provide the best care to our patients.

Operations –

Our primary ambulance is a 2016 Ford F450 Type I. This Leader® ambulance was designed and built for the comfort and safety of our patients and crew members. Its liquid rear suspension provides optimal comfort for our patients while maneuvering through the roads of the Sierra Nevada foothills and mountains. It also has four-wheel drive capabilities to give our drivers greater control during adverse driving conditions.

TRIHCI EMS contracts its dispatch services through Tulare County Consolidated Ambulance Dispatch. “TCAD”, is staffed with certified Emergency Medical Dispatchers that can provide pre-arrival instructions moments before the ambulance arrives. Please remember to call 911 in any emergency.
We also have a 2010 Ford E350 Type II ambulance as a back-up, and it is often used for standbys and special events. This ambulance is also built on a 4×4 chassis.
