For more than 50 years, Tule River Indian Health Center has been part of the community it serves. What began as a small clinic on the reservation has grown into a trusted place for care, education, and connection — rooted in tribal values and open to everyone in the surrounding area.

The Tule River Indian Health Center, Inc.'s Behavioral Health Department is available for grief counseling and support.

- Adult Talking Circle with Lisa Graham — Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Youth Talking Circle with Rudy Pina — Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m.
- Women’s Group — Wednesdays at 12:00 p.m.
